Before You Begin — Prerequisites

Step 1 — Follow @topkpopio on Instagram

All mission videos and clue drops are posted on the official Instagram account. Follow @topkpopio to receive clues when each Trove opens. Clue access requires this step.

🔒 @topkpopio is a private account. After you send a follow request, your administrator will approve it. Once approved, all mission videos, clue drops, and community posts will become visible to you. Approval typically happens within 24–48 hours of your follow request.

Step 2 — Activate Your AI Tools

Teachers can access free ChatGPT for educators through the educator access program. Verify your school district email to unlock educator-specific AI tools. Most game activities work best in ChatGPT.

Step 3 — Post Your Welcome Message · +25 Bonus Points

Post a welcome message tagging @topkpopio with your K-Pop Trainee Name and Team Name. Choose whichever option fits your privacy level — all three earn the same +25 bonus points. You do not have to use your personal Instagram account.

🔒 Important: Because @topkpopio is a private account, your post will not be visible to the game community until your follow request is approved. Once approved, your welcome post and all future submissions will appear in the feed. Post now — it will show up automatically after approval.

🌍 Option A — Public Post on Your Own Account

Post on your existing Instagram account. Tag @topkpopio and include your K-Pop Trainee Name and Team Name. Set the post to Public. Paste the post URL in the field below.

⭐ Option B — Create a K-Pop Persona Handle (Recommended)

Create a brand-new Instagram account using your K-Pop idol persona name (e.g., @kpopmom, @ariasol_kpop). Your real identity stays completely separate. Steps: (1) Sign up with a separate email → (2) Choose a K-Pop stage name as your username → (3) Follow @topkpopio → (4) Post your welcome message tagging @topkpopio → (5) DM @topkpopio with your team name and persona handle.

This is the most on-brand option — you already created an idol persona in Trove 01, now bring it to life on Instagram!

🔒 Option C — Fully Private via Google Drive + DM

No Instagram post required. Upload your welcome message or a screenshot of your team profile to Google Drive. Set sharing to “Anyone with the link can view.” DM the Google Drive link to @topkpopio on Instagram with your team name. Paste the Google Drive link or write “Google Drive DM sent” in the field below.
